黃子賢 Andy HUANG

Andy is a distinguished technology executive and strategic leader with over 25 years of experience in the ICT and software industries. Effective March 2026, he will return to Qisda Corporation as Special Assistant to the Business Solutions Group (BSG), where he will leverage his extensive expertise to drive strategic initiatives and business group management.

With a solid academic foundation from National Taiwan University, Andy has demonstrated exceptional leadership in transforming technical innovation into commercial success. Prior to his current appointment, he served as VP & CTO at WiXtar, a specialized F&B software company under the Qisda Group (Partner Tech), where he spearheaded software engineering teams to accelerate digital transformation in the hospitality sector.

His leadership was further proven during his nearly decade-long tenure as VP & CTO of Partner Tech. In this role, he oversaw R&D, Quality Assurance, and IT Service (ITS) teams while managing product development for multiple subsidiary software companies, successfully bridging the gap between hardware infrastructure and software-driven ecosystems.

Andy’s professional journey began with a remarkable 16-year tenure at Qisda Corporation, holding pivotal roles such as Head of Mobile China BU, Head of Mobile PM, and Director of the Mobile Software Team. This comprehensive background—ranging from deep-dive software engineering to managing international business units—provides him with a unique macro-perspective on scaling complex operations within global enterprises.

Andy excels at integrating cross-disciplinary resources and translating technical depth into high-level strategic blueprints. His vision for digital innovation and his proven track record in multi-brand management make him a key driver in the Group’s continued growth and evolution.
