杜韋霖 Philip DU

Philip Du moved to Australia to complete his senior high school and university education. He embarked on his Decathlon journey in 2016 as a department manager and was promoted to store leader the following year.

Before joining Decathlon, he held a store manager position at Tesla, gaining valuable experience in the electric vehicle industry. His blend of retail and automotive expertise has led him to discover his true passion: connecting with people and providing them with eco-friendly solutions for their everyday lives. Currently, he serves as the store leader of the Neihu store, leading a team of 60 to make sports accessible to local sports enthusiasts.
