徐佩琳 Peiling Rosaline HSU

Peiling Rosaline Hsu is a senior banking professional with a distinguished career and over two decades of expatriate experience in diverse roles.

She joined O-Bank, the first digital-only bank in Taiwan, in 2019. As the Head of the Principal Investment Department, she focuses on fintech and impact investments. Previously, she served as the Head of the Deposit and Payment Department, where she oversaw digital customer acquisition, debit card and payment management, payroll business development, and marketing. Under her leadership, the team consistently achieved record highs in retail deposits and payroll business.

Under her leadership, O-Bank launched signature products, including Taiwan's first Impact Deposit Program and Low Carbon Consumption Debit Card, as well as affiliated debit cards for sports. She also spearheaded a series of Female Empowerment campaigns that enhanced the bank's corporate image in ESG and DEI initiatives.

Before joining O-Bank, Peiling worked for Fubon Financial Holding and its subsidiaries, gaining extensive experience in M&A, capital markets, strategic planning, executive management, wealth management product development, and marketing communications. She built the structured product platform for Taipei Fubon Bank and was the first female manager fully sponsored by Fubon Financial Holding’s MIT talent program. In 2019, Peiling was appointed to work at Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) and soon relocated to Xiamen Bank, a strategic partner of Fubon Bank.

Following her overseas assignment, Peiling initiated the first issuance of FHC Preferred Shares recognized as equity, compliant with T-IFRS, for Fubon Financial Holding Co. This initiative focuses on innovative firms with sustainable growth potential and closely collaborates with the Strategic Planning Department, risk management department, legal and compliance department, and business units within the group. The team also participates in sourcing impact investments that align with social responsibilities while ensuring reasonable financial returns.
