Patrick is a passionate leader dedicated to strategic and technical innovations to problem-solve issues in diverse industries. In the U.S. and across Asia, Patrick has created and led innovative teams to transform private and public organizations. Patrick has had a storied career spanning technology startups, multinational corporations, and governments across Asia and the United States. As a White House Presidential Innovation Fellow, he spearheaded policy and projects across numerous agencies, including NASA, the Department of Transportation, and many others.

Patrick joined AmCham Taiwan in July 2023. Previously, Patrick was an executive at Ford, where he led the automaker’s autonomous driving division in Asia. As a successful serial entrepreneur, he has been a leader at the forefront of innovation.
