PERSONAL BIO

Fionn Yang is the Chairman and CEO of How Securities Inc. He holds a bachelor's degree in law from Fu Jen Catholic University and a master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation MBA from National Taiwan University. Previously, he was the youngest Vice President at UBS, where he managed wealth and investment banking for high-net-worth clients, overseeing assets worth over NT$10 billion.

In 2017, Fionn transitioned from traditional finance to tech innovation by founding a Fintech Company. He launched the "FundSwap" platform, which became Taiwan's first online Securities firm, How Securities Inc., to pass the Financial Regulatory Sandbox in 2022. This platform introduced a new model for fund trading, significantly improving efficiency and convenience for investors. Fionn is an expert in finance, law, and technology. He holds 13 financial certifications and two Taiwanese patents, including systems for automated investment analysis and blockchain-based fund trading. Through his innovative approach, he has provided investors with faster and more cost-effective investment options.
