Annie, Chief Human Resources Officer of PCA Life Taiwan, is responsible for Human Resources since July 2012. Annie has extensive experience in Human Resources. Prior to PCA Life Taiwan, Annie was Senior Vice President, Senior Human Resources Relationship Manager of Consumer Banking, Citi Bank Taiwan and Standard Chartered Bank. Internship Job Description
This Human Resources Intern will responsible for varies HR projects and initiatives, including:
- GenZ recruitment and onboarding campaigns and events as part of overarching Employer Branding agenda
- Organizational Learning execution and support, including the administration of Leadership/Management Development programs, as well as Talent Development interventions
- Participate in the design and execution of employee engagement events/interventions
- Support HRBPs in the execution of workforce planning
- Opportunities to explore different functions and career opportunities in Prudential Taiwan and Prudential Corporation Asia through engagement and networking with other young talents in the organization
