PERSONAL BIO

Ryan Ishii, a Japanese national, moved from Japan to Taiwan in 2017 and currently resides in Taichung. He is a Director at Micron Taiwan, where he leads the Tactical Supply Planning team for HBM, Mobile, and Graphics DRAM products. Ryan has built his career in supply chain operations, working across multiple functions such as Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Order Fulfillment, and Supply Chain Integration. He also has experience in implementing supply chain systems and processes.

In his personal life, Ryan enjoys staying active. He practiced kendo from a young age until the age of 40, and he has recently become passionate about golf.Now he studies Mandarin once a week to improve his language proficiency.

【Global Supply Chain Tactical Supply Planning】
The Global Supply Chain (GSC) organization at Micron is responsible for end-to-end supply chain management, ensuring that materials, products, and information flow seamlessly across Micron’s global operations. Its mission is to enable a resilient, compliant, and sustainable supply chain that supports Micron’s business objectives and customer commitments.

Internship Job Description

As a Global Supply Chain Intern, you will work on project-based assignments that address real business challenges and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. You will collaborate across teams to influence Micron’supply chain and value chain.

- Tactical Supply Planning
- Supply Network Planning
- Order Promising
- Material Planning
- Supply Chain Transformation
- Support cross-functional projects to optimize supply chain performance.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are 1st year Master Students and possess:

- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Salary/Financial Support: NT$45,000+ per month
