Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform cell culture experiments, establish cell-based assay methods, and evaluate pharmacological activity.
2. Conduct protein design and genetic engineering experiments.
3. Carry out research activities related to yeast display technology.
4. Perform small- and large-scale plasmid preparation, ELISA assays, and other basic molecular biology experiments.
5. Conduct protein production, purification, QC, and analytical experiments.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Required Qualifications:
1. Education – Master’s degree or above in Molecular Biology, Cancer Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
2. Experience – 2+ years of industry experience is preferred.
3. Knowledge – Background in immunology, molecular biology, protein analysis, and cell culture.
4. Skills:
• Hands-on experience in cell culture and aseptic techniques.
• Experience with cytotoxicity assays and other reporter assays.
• Experience in bispecific antibody drug development is a plus.
• R&D experience with yeast display technology is a plus.
• Experience in multicolor flow cytometry analysis is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data organization and analysis.
• Experience with statistical analysis software is preferred.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
5. Language Proficiency:
• English: intermediate listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Chinese: intermediate listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
6. Personal Traits:
• Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and capable of self-management.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Adaptable to the fast-paced environment of a startup and passionate about the biotech industry.
