國立臺灣大學 has been ranked 54th globally in the QS World University Rankings 2027, achieving its highest position ever and rising 9 places from 63rd in the previous year.

This milestone comes amid growing international competition, with QS Quacquarelli Symonds evaluating more than 8,800 universities worldwide this year. NTU's continued progress reflects its strong performance in research impact, internationalization, graduate employability, and sustainability.

NTU President Wen-Chang Chen emphasized that while the university is encouraged by this achievement, it will continue to strengthen global academic partnerships, attract outstanding international talent, and advance excellence in education, research, and innovation.

NTU extends its gratitude to its faculty, students, alumni, staff, partners, and supporters whose collective efforts have contributed to this achievement. Together, we remain committed to creating knowledge, nurturing future leaders, and generating positive impact for society.
