Temple University Taiwan Office / Washington State & Minnesota State Government Offices in Taiwan is Hiring

The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for supporting Temple University-related affairs, with opportunities to assist with activities and operations of  Washington State and Minnesota State in Taiwan. This position is well suited for individuals interested in international exchange, U.S. higher education, and Taiwan–U.S. collaboration.

Position Responsibilities

  1. Assist with the promotion of English language programs and degree programs.
  2. Participate in regular online meetings with the Temple University team in the United States.
  3. Plan and coordinate information sessions and promotional events, both in person and online.
  4. Participate in international education and study-abroad fairs.
  5. Assist with receiving and hosting visiting guests and delegations.
  6. Respond to student inquiries via email.
  7. Provide administrative and event support for the Washington State and Minnesota State offices in Taiwan.

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or above.
  2. Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English.
  3. English proficiency meeting at least one of the following standards:
    • TOEFL iBT 90 or above
    • IELTS 7.0 or above
    • TOEIC 850 or above
    • Duolingo English Test 120 or above
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Overseas exchange, study-abroad, or internship experience.
  2. Experience in event planning, project management, or international cooperation.
  3. Familiarity with Taiwan–U.S. cultural, educational, and economic exchanges.

Position Information

  • Work Location: Xinyi District, Taipei City, near Taipei World Trade Center / Taipei 101 Station Exit 1
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
  • Salary: NT$36,000–42,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience
