Palau Visitor Authority-Taiwan Representative Office / State of Hawaii Office in Taipei

The Palau Visitor Authority Taiwan Office was established in 2019, objective and main focus are promoting Palau in Taiwan.
 

The State of Hawaii Office in Taipei is responsible for managing Hawaii's commerce, trade, education, investment, cultural exchanges, and sister city promotion activities in Taiwan. It assists Hawaiian companies in promoting their products and professional services in Taiwan and in soliciting investors. 

The main industries in Hawaii include tourism, trade, retail, federal government expenditures, and manufacturing. The service industry is the foundation of Hawaii's economy. Existing sectors include food processing, garment manufacturing, and gift processing.

The Hawaii State Government welcomes, encourages, and supports the development of various scientific research fields, including biochemical engineering, computer software development, electronics, communications, and marine industries.
