NTU is committed to retaining outstanding international talent for employment in Taiwan and has launched the " International Mentorship Program" to encourage exceptional students from around the world to study in Taiwan and pursue careers here after graduation. This program not only helps foreign mid-to-senior-level technical professionals integrate into Taiwan’s industries but also actively connects with domestic enterprises to meet their talent demands, creating a competitive global talent ecosystem.

The Ministry of Education,  Taiwan launched the "Professionalization Program" (大專校院國際生留臺就業輔導專業化計畫) for Employment Counseling of International Students in Universities and Colleges , the NTU "International Mentorship Program" receives strong support from the Ministry of Education,  Taiwan, further expanding its impact in 2024. This initiative aims to enable more international talent to shine in Taiwan and contribute to the nation's industrial upgrading and innovation.
