Sysgration: Indonesian Students' Journey in Sustainable Exploration

Sysgration is dedicated to the research and development of automotive electronics, green energy, and other related fields, actively promoting sustainable development. During the summer of 2024, two students from Indonesia, Audrey Clara Tanesha Tjhin and Luisa Angela Hadi, participated in a two-month internship at Sysgration through the International Mentorship Program . Under the guidance of General Manager TF Hsieh, they applied their expertise in Biological Environmental Systems and Agricultural Economics, conducting in-depth analysis of Sysgration's carbon emission data and assisting in the compilation of the corporate sustainability report, providing crucial data support for the company's response to the European Union's Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM).

Audrey interned at Argo Yacht. She chose to return to her field of study, Biological Environmental Systems, collaborating with Luisa, who majors in Agricultural Economics. Throughout the internship, they not only gained valuable work experience but also deepened their understanding of the sustainable development and career prospects in the technology industry through interactions with General Manager Hsieh.

This internship has solidified Audrey and Luisa's career aspirations as they approach their senior year, and they are determined to pursue employment in Taiwan after graduation.
