Atlas Copco Taiwan

In summer 2022, Erick Santiago, a third-year student majoring in Biomechatronics Engineering, from Indonesia joined NTU OIA Mentorship Program and acquired unique and valuable internship experience in a Swedish company, Atlas Copco Taiwan Erick was guided by Atlas Copco’s Product Business Line Manager, Milo Ten as his mentor where he learned the successful usage of machine data collection through their own SmartLink platform during the pandemic.

Through the internship, Erick had the opportunity to experience 5 different departments which are Sales, Aftersales Service, Finance, Administration, and Marketing in the company due to the policy to switch to other departments every 2-week for interns. To Erick, the Aftersales Service department interests him the most due to his related education background which gives him a deeper understanding through practical learning. Erick is glad to be part of the NTU OIA Mentorship program for giving him a clear vision of his future career and himself.
