陳增榮 Bleriot CHEN

Bleriot Chen has over 20 years of experience in MLCC (Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor) across both Process and R&D departments. In the Process department, he developed expertise in machine operations, quality control, and problem-solving. In the R&D department, he gained knowledge in material selection, machine and process technology development, and reliability testing. He is currently in charge of Product R&D, overseeing three teams focused on the development of premium products.
