Josh has been the President of Resources Business Group (RBG) since Aug 2020 and is responsible for profitability and development of mid- and long-term strategies of the business group. He held various positions in Walsin Lihwa before appointed as the President of RBG.
Prior to joining Walsin, Josh possessed over 17 years of finance experience in the banking industry and had a wealth of leadership experience, solid accounting knowledge and in-depth finance expertise.
He is a Certified Public Accountant in Taiwan and holds a Master of Public Administration with specialization in International Finance from New York University. He also holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration with specialization in Accounting from National Taiwan University.

Brief Introduction of the Department
【Resources Business Group-Operation Management Center】
The Resources Business Group (RBG) of WLC was established in 2020, responsible for the production and sales of Nickel related products, commodity procurement and respecitve commodity hedging.
RBG is in charge of the development and operation of WLC's business lines in Indonesia. In 2020, we established PT Walsin Nickel Industrial Indonesia ("WNII") that produces Nickel Pig Iron ("NPI"), an upper stream material of WLC's stainless steel business. Furthermore, we acquired PT Sunny Metal Industry ("SNMI") that produces Nickel Matte in 2022, paving the way for WLC to expand into the supple chain of the energy storage industry for electronic vehicles.
RBG aims to diversify the production and sales of nickel related products, enhance the company's competitiveness, so as to become our clients' long-term strategic partner to grow together.
