David Stone is an influential leader and Vice President of Sourcing and Supply Chain at Verkada. In his transformative role, David has been the driving force behind Verkada's evolution, overseeing the growth of the organization from a two-person team to a global powerhouse of around 35 skilled professionals.

His visionary leadership has played a crucial role in shaping Verkada's hardware operations, contributing significantly to the company's mission of revolutionizing modern physical security solutions. Prior to Verkada David spent six years at Apple, where he held diverse roles in operations. During this tenure, he demonstrated versatility and leadership in material management, procurement, and program management. Notably, he spearheaded a successful reorganization of various supply chains, and played a key role in new product launches.

David Stone holds an MBA with a focus on Operations and Strategy from Duke University, a Master of Science in Theoretical and Applied Mechanics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from North Carolina State University.
