Grace Wu is an innovative and strategic HR Leader with over 20-year experience working on HR Strategy, Organization Transformation, Talent Development, and Change Management. She received her Bachelor's in Psychology at National Taiwan University, Taiwan.

Loads of work experience in the HR field allows Grace to be strategically and commercially focused on her expertise. Grace is known for building a high HR team performance that delivers professional HR advice that drives organizational change from contribution to talent growth, business success, and social sustainability. With her great passion for talent development, Grace is currently leading the UNIQLO Taiwan and GU Taiwan HR and MIC (Management & Innovation Training Center) team.

【HR Management】

The HR Management department enables all employees to play a prominent and leading role in the company and realize the business philosophy of "employee = protagonist." Internship Job Description

- Be responsible for the overall activities concerning an event, including idea generation, determining the best production process to apply, and managing the event production and implementation.
- Manage all aspects of event planning, meet strict deadlines, and stay within budget.
- Ensure awesome and sophisticated events that help UNIQLO meet its employer brand-building and important business goals.
- Take the entire applicant journey into consideration while designing the event.
- Ensure satisfaction to the applicants by liaising with them to discover their events’ needs.
- Be responsible for conducting research on the market, pulling information together, and building and maintaining a comprehensive database.
- Coordinate all logistical elements of the event.
- Develop post-event reports on the effectiveness of each event.
