Jerome is an investment, trade, and education professional with over seven years of combined experience bridging the public and private sectors across Asia and the United States.
He currently serves as the First and Youngest Director of Investment & Trade (New York State Representative Office in Taiwan), overseeing FDI, trade promotion, and strategic partnerships between Taiwan and New York. Within his first year, Jerome established the New York State Office in Taiwan and facilitated over US$100 million in FDI into New York and successfully assisted 12 export projects for New York-based companies entering the Taiwan market.
Jerome is the youngest professor in Philippine history at 21, teaching Business and Digital Assets. He mentors young entrepreneurs and regularly lectures at Taiwan’s most elite Universities, lecturing global innovation, entrepreneurship, and the intersections of policy and markets.
Jerome’s the youngest sponsored member of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce, and of the American Chamber of Commerce in Taiwan’s Private Equity Committee. Jerome transforms public-private cooperation into measurable outcomes — helping companies expand internationally, guiding governments to attract high-value investment, and aligning innovation ecosystems across continents.
