Aidan brings over two decades of invaluable expertise in engineering development and process improvement to the table. His leadership and teamwork skills have been instrumental in successfully managing projects and ensuring timely completion. Aidan possesses exceptional cross-functional communication abilities, allowing for seamless coordination with various departments. His proficiency extends to wire and cable production, coupled with adept project management. Within Walsin Lihwa Corp., Aidan has been an integral part of the team since January 2015, contributing significantly to the company's success.

Currently serving as the Manager of the Manufacturing Unit since 2022, Aidan oversees critical aspects of production. Prior to this role, he held the position of Section Manager in the Technical Department, demonstrating his capacity for effective departmental management. Aidan has also excelled in technical roles, serving as a Senior Engineer and initially joining the company as a Process Engineer. His extensive experience and diverse skill set position Aidan as a valuable asset within the engineering and manufacturing landscape.
