Dr. Shih Fang Lo is a research fellow at Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research (CIER) in Taiwan. Her research spans the fields of environmental policies, performance evaluation, finance, and corporate social responsibilities. Dr. Lo received her Ph.D. in Business & Management from National Chiao-Tung University in 2005, the same year she joined CIER. Dr. Lo has presided over and participated in government commissioned projects, including the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Industrial Development Bureau (IDB), the Bureau of Energy (BOE), the Bureau of Foreign Trade (BOFT), the Council for Economic Planning & Development (CEPD), and the Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection (BSMI).
