Uniform Lin is a social innovator and entrepreneur who founded an NGO to support ASEAN and Indian talent, creating Taiwan’s first dedicated ASEAN-Indian talent community. He later joined one of Taiwan’s top 10 intellectual property firms, where he worked for six years. Building on his cross-border legal expertise, he went on to establish Taiwan’s first law firm in Thailand, where he served as a partner. Throughout his career, Uniform has actively assisted ASEAN and Indian entrepreneurs in Taiwan and was the sole recipient of the Taipei City Government’s Entrepreneurship Incubation Highlight Enterprise Award in 2021.

Brief Introduction of the Department

The Graphic Design Team brings together expertise in project design, social media promotion, and international collaboration. Working closely with clients from embassies and universities, the department plays a key role in advancing the initiatives that connect global partners. With a particular focus on Southeast Asian market investment and international talent development, the team supports impactful projects that foster cross-border engagement and growth.

Internship Job Description

Interns will be responsible for:
- Graphic design including brand visuals, posters, banners, social media post, etc.
- Management of website design to ensure an appealing and user-friendly online presence.
- Visual identity and conceptualization of designs for events and exhibitions.
- Creating video artwork, demonstrating expertise in motion graphics and visual storytelling, to deliver visually captivating designs for video content.

Preferred Intern Education Level

- Undergraduate students
- Undergraduate students (third year and above)
- Master students

Preferred Intern Skill Sets or Qualities

- Passion for the startup industry, global connections and ESG.
- Responsible, capable multitasker, and skilled in efficiently managing and tracking project schedules.
- Fluent in English & Chinese.
- Experienced in social media management.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Bonus skills: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) and photography
- Knowledge of, or interest in, the Southeast Asian and Indian markets is a strong plus

Students may be offered the opportunity to continue as interns for up to one additional year after completing the NTU International Mentorship Program, at the discretion of the host organization.

With a strong focus on investment in the Southeast Asian market and the development of international talent, the team supports high-impact projects that promote cross-border engagement and sustainable growth. Combining expertise in project design, social media promotion, and international collaboration, the team helps build meaningful global connections and long-term partnerships.

Internship Job Description

- Develop and maintain domestic and international partnerships in Southeast Asia and India.
- Create copywriting for social media posting, promotion materials, etc.
- Write and edit articles related to Southeast Asia and India, highlighting cultural, economic, and regional developments.
- Assist in project execution, including coordination, research, and administrative support.
- Provide translation and interpretation support between English and Chinese.
