Founded in 2017, CrossBond is a certified national entrepreneurship incubator with a strategic focus on the ASEAN and Indian markets. The organization specializes in integrated marketing consulting and cross-border business development.

In 2023, CrossBond launched CB Talent, a platform dedicated to international talent exchange between Taiwan, ASEAN, and India. CB Talent is designed to systematically integrate three core dimensions—talent, industry, and opportunity—to build Taiwan’s first and only international talent community. The platform addresses local enterprises' talent shortages while expanding career opportunities for international professionals in Taiwan. CrossBond leverages its extensive networks across ASEAN and India to help transform Taiwan into a global talent hub and boost the international competitiveness of its partner enterprises.
