【Human Resources Center】

According to the company’s business development strategy goals, the Human Resources Center is responsible for:

Integrating human resource management with the organization’s strategic goal
- Formulating human resource strategies to support the organization’s mission and vision, and assisting in achieving the organization’s long-term success and sustainable development.
Formulating strategies for talent recruitment, training, and development
- Analyzing the organization’s talent needs and the capabilities of existing employees to ensure the organization has sufficient talent to support business development and long-term goals.
Developing the organization’s core competencies
- Assisting leadership in enhancing leadership skills, motivating team members, and leading the organization to achieve its strategic goals.
Assisting leadership in making changes
- Participating in organizational change management to ensure employees are supported and involved during the change process. Additionally, developing effective communication plans, managing the impact of changes, and monitoring progress.
Shaping and maintaining the organization’s culture
- Creating a work environment conducive to employee growth and business success. Utilizing core competencies to implement ESG concepts in daily operations, applying company values in work, and establishing effective communication channels to build a sustainable corporate culture

Internship Job Description

- Participate in the mid-level management training program for the stainless steel business, assist in project management, communication, and documentation to learn the methods and processes for core competencies implementation and understand capabilities required for manufacturing management
- Participate in the management of internal and external community platforms including HR themes design, posts material collection across departments and writing in order to build capabilities to communicate and collaborate with different organizations
- Assist in the design and execution of employee relations activities to know the engagement mechanisms for new hires and seniors
- Participate in the writing of ESG semi-annual status report for the “Social” aspect to better understand the index of performances and evolvement of HR practices
- Participate in HR information tools related tasks to learn how to utilize technologies, e.g. RPA apps and PowerBI, to improve HR process efficiency and management

Preferred Intern Skill Sets or Qualities

- Open to all majors, including business management, human resources, social sciences, psychology and education, as well as industrial engineering, diplomacy and international affairs, public administration, communications, information management, and related fields.
- Excellent Chinese and English communication and writing skills is preferred.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa is a plus.
- Competent in MS office applications and high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong research, analytical and report writing skills.
- Team player, self-motivated and proactive attitude.
- Good at building interpersonal relationships and honest.
- Business trips acquired, if needed
