David Chen is a digital identity and blockchain strategist based in Taiwan, currently serving as the Business Director of Turing Space for the Taiwan market. Since 2021, he has been actively involved in Web3 development, digital credential ecosystems, and the integration of decentralized identifiers (DID) and verifiable credentials (VC). David is also the founder of Noah Education, a fast-growing EdTech company that validated its tutoring model and now focuses on software and system development for the education industry.
He is passionate about helping institutions and governments design digital trust infrastructures and has led multiple cross-border projects across finance, education, and public service sectors. With a strong background in international business and strategic communication, David collaborates with stakeholders from diverse industries to accelerate blockchain adoption and foster ecosystem-level innovation.
