李世迪 Michael Lee

Michael has over 25 years of experience in consumer electronics manufacturing and quality management, specializing in the implementation of quality management systems and PCBA production process quality management. He currently serves as the Director of the Quality Center at Alpha Networks Inc., a position he has held since 2021. Prior to this, he was the Quality Assurance Manager at Lite-On Technology (2020-2021), the Overseas Customer Service Manager at WIMA Machinery Industry (2016-2020), the Quality Assurance Manager at Delta Networks (a subsidiary of Delta Electronics) (2004-2016), an SMT Process Engineer at ASUS (1999-2004), and an Engineer at Hantron Technology (1997-1999).
In terms of education, Michael Lee holds an MBA from Yuan Ze University (his thesis won the Excellence Award from the Chinese Society for Management of Technology in 2015) and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from National Taipei University of Technology.
He is enthusiastic about sharing his workplace experiences and insights. He believes that through the transfer of knowledge and skills, mutual growth can be achieved, thereby creating greater value for the company!
