Simon brings over 20 years of experience working with large-scale enterprises, delivering strategic value across diverse organizational environments. His professional expertise includes senior consulting in HR digital transformation, HR digital applications and solutions, HR business partnering (HRBP), sustainability and risk management, organizational development and learning (OD&L), and employee relations. This broad capability allows him to address complex business challenges with a holistic and forward-looking perspective.

Renowned for integrating cross-disciplinary resources, Simon effectively combines human resources, digital applications, and sustainability—areas traditionally managed as separate functions—into a unified driver of organizational growth. Through this integrated approach, he enables enterprises to realize significant and sustainable performance improvements within three to five years. Simon’s industry experience spans information services, technology manufacturing, and financial services, equipping him with the insight to support organizations across a wide range of sectors.

Brief Introduction of the Department

【The Sustainability, EHS and Risk Management Department】

The Sustainability, EHS and Risk Management Department reports to the Office of the General Manager and leads the company’s initiatives in sustainability strategy, risk management, and occupational safety. The department adopts and implements international standards, including GRI, SASB, TCFD, IFRS S1/S2, and ISO management systems, to ensure alignment with global best practices.

In addition, the department oversees key ESG initiatives such as sustainability reporting, climate-related disclosures, corporate governance evaluation, greenhouse gas inventory, and public welfare programs. It also coordinates the Sustainability Development Committee to integrate cross-functional resources, enhance organizational collaboration, and continuously strengthen the company’s overall ESG performance.

Internship Job Description

- Research and implementation of sustainability trends and international standards, including GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISO 14064-1, and CDP.
- Support ESG disclosure and project execution across departments, including sustainability reports, climate-related financial disclosures, sustainability website and social media management, corporate governance evaluations, client questionnaire planning, participation in sustainability awards, sustainability committee operations, greenhouse gas inventories, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) / public welfare projects.
- Other tasks assigned by the sustainability unit.

- The ideal candidate demonstrates strong personal qualities, including proactivity, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. They are detail‑oriented, responsible, and capable of maintaining accuracy in their work. Effective communication and cross‑department collaboration skills are essential, along with logical thinking and the ability to solve problems efficiently under pressure.
- From a professional standpoint, applicants should possess ESG‑related training and foundational knowledge, supported by basic data organization and analytical skills. Strong written communication abilities in both Chinese and English are expected, as well as the capability to apply AI tools to enhance productivity and overall work performance.
