With an extensive professional career spanning more than thirty years in the passive electronic components industry, Ching Li brings a wealth of expertise across a broad spectrum of domains. His specialized knowledge lies in ceramic materials and their processing, complemented by a deep understanding of the passive components market and its diverse applications.

Throughout his career, Ching Li has made significant contributions to the academic community, authoring and publishing 20 papers in leading international technical journals. He has also demonstrated a strong capacity for innovation, having secured seven patents in both Taiwan and the United States of America.

Brief Introduction of the Department

【MLCC Business Unit Marketing】

The Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor (MLCC) Business Unit Marketing Department is responsible for driving product promotion through diverse strategies, effective implementation, and coordinated project execution. The team focuses on strengthening brand awareness and achieving key business objectives such as market share growth, revenue expansion, and brand positioning. By working closely with cross-functional teams, the department ensures the seamless rollout of marketing initiatives and projects. It also engages actively with customers to identify new design opportunities and develop innovative solutions that foster business growth and long-term partnerships.

Internship Job Description

- Promote products using technical knowledge in presentations, discussions, and customer communications.

- Provide technical solutions to customers, cross-functional teams, and maintain internal technical databases.

- Perform specification testing and data simulation.

- Prepare technical reports and conduct material analyses.
