Kelvin Yen has been a key member of Lion Group since 2004, contributing over two decades of experience in tourism operations, international market development, and strategic management. He began his career with the Group in tourism industry operations and incentive program planning, where he played an essential role in designing innovative travel solutions and strengthening client relationships. As Product Planning Manager for the Europe Line, Kelvin successfully expanded Lion Group’s European portfolio, developing new travel routes and partnerships that enhanced the company’s competitiveness in the global market. His subsequent leadership roles as Station Manager of the Beijing Branch and Branch Manager of the London Office further showcased his expertise in cross-border operations, business development, and multicultural team leadership.

Beyond his operational achievements, Kelvin has also made significant contributions in corporate strategy and organizational management. As Government Liaison and Strategic Planning Manager, he built strong partnerships with public institutions, supporting policy alignment and strategic initiatives that advanced the Group’s long-term objectives. In his role as Human Resources Manager, Kelvin demonstrated a deep commitment to talent development and organizational growth. With his extensive international experience, strategic vision, and leadership acumen, he continues to play a pivotal role in driving Lion Group’s innovation and global expansion.
