Job Responsibilities:
• Assist with cell-based experiments, including cell culture, subculturing, and cell bank management.
• Perform protein quality control (QC) and endotoxin testing.
• Support procurement processes, including requesting quotations, placing orders, and managing inventory of laboratory reagents and consumables.
• Assist with routine calibration and basic maintenance of laboratory instruments to ensure smooth lab operations.
• Help prepare and organize research reports and experimental records.
• Conduct literature reviews and compile data to support research projects.
• Coordinate internal meetings and assist with team communications.
• Provide administrative support for R&D-related tasks.
• Assist with the packaging and shipping of R&D samples.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
• High interest in scientific research and willingness to learn new techniques in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of logical thinking and problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Educational background in life sciences, biotechnology, chemistry, or related fields.
• Experience in cell culture, protein analysis, or laboratory operations is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data management skills.
Work Location:
• National Biotechnology Research Park, Nangang District, Taipei City
• Working Hours:
• Day shift, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (weekends off)
Salary:
• Starting from NT$35,000/month (final compensation may vary based on experience and performance)
