The "Heart" Service Philosophy of Orange Corporation

Orange Group, starting with Orange Shabu Shabu, is rooted in "heart," adhering to its brand values and philosophy, aiming to create a dining experience where every customer feels as comfortable and at ease as visiting a friend's home. This year, CEO Kevin Yuan personally served as a mentor, leading Zofia Kylie Bazarnik from Poland and Patrick Sun from Indonesia, both economics students, on a unique culinary exploration journey. Kevin meticulously designed a "rotational" internship, allowing the two students to delve into the group's various brands, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the restaurant industry's operations from front-of-house service to store management.

During their internship, Kylie and Patrick unleashed their creativity, proposing numerous optimization ideas, such as soundproof curtains to mitigate in-store noise, improved signage clarity at department store restaurant entrances, and the establishment of an internal English training program for employees. They actively collaborated with colleagues from different departments, brainstorming together to identify feasible solutions and strategies, turning these innovative ideas into reality.

After three months of rotational internships and project execution, the two students gained a wealth of experience. They not only learned to focus on every service detail but also deeply understood that "people-centered" service is the key to brand operation and management.

This international mentorship program allowed Kylie and Patrick to break free from academic constraints, exploring the intricacies of Taiwan's catering service industry with a curious mind. They discovered that managing a restaurant brand requires not only a focus on food quality but also comprehensive attention to detail and continuous learning and optimization to achieve sustainable success in a competitive market.
