Jane Shih currently oversees finance, human resources, administration, and project support at Deutsche Windtechnik. Since August 2020, She has collaborated with the current APAC Director and HR Manager to establish and gradually expand the team while implementing systematic processes. They successfully established the existing Taipei office, where 15 professionals are currently stationed, assisting a team of 30 engineers across Taiwan in providing excellent operational services for offshore wind power projects.

By utilizing a fast and flexible approach to solve the tasks, Jane has contributed to the company's successful development in Taiwan, optimizing operational processes, expanding our presence, strengthening the team, and facilitating the smooth progress of projects. Leveraging her eight years of experience in finance and accounting, She has effectively applied her skills and expertise, providing significant benefits to the company. She had also assist the German headquarters in understanding Deutsche Windtechnik's financial structure, cost-benefit analysis, profitability, and cash flow, contributing to the formulation of clear financial goals and providing data-driven decision support.

In her current role, she play a crucial role in the mentioned areas, serving as a cornerstone for the smooth operation of the company's framework. She look forward to continuing her efforts for the success of Deutsche Windtechnik, utilizing ehr extensive experience to make even more effective contributions to the company's ongoing growth and development.
