【In the BD Team, you will be involved in】

• Helping CakeResume establish a strong brand image and identify potential partners, thus increasing the platform's visibility and user base.
• Collaborating and negotiating with major well-known companies and industries to discover new cooperation opportunities and channels.
• Actively participating in existing customer management and business analysis at CakeResume, enabling rapid accumulation of B2B experience.
• Assisting companies in achieving the highest possible hiring efficiency through effective means.

【We are looking for Cakers who】

• Can engage in business conversations in English, with fluency in both written and spoken target market native language.
• Aspire to help CakeResume become a top global international talent platform.
• Possess strong logical thinking, insight, and a growth mindset, continuously enriching themselves.
• Have experience in organizations, leadership, and cross-team communication during their academic years.
• Value teamwork, possess a macroscopic perspective, execute tasks efficiently, seek high growth, and desire comprehensive knowledge of company operations, business, and the market.
• Are students or fresh graduates who can work at least 3 days per week. We also welcome outstanding students with other practical internship experience. (Experience in any entrepreneurial project, self-operated e-commerce, or sales operation is a plus!)
